Access and enterprise account setup
How customers currently get access, what the self-service path will become, and what to prepare before the first project.
Customer-facing access model from Phase 2 docs planning.
Current access model
Kaidera is moving toward self-service sign-up. During the current enterprise phase, access is created through the Kaidera worker team so the organisation, account owner, users, billing, model access, and project settings start in a controlled state.
Before onboarding
Prepare one clear business outcome, one account owner, the first user list, and any data, compliance, or security constraints that should shape the first project.
- A short description of what you want to build.
- The business reason the project matters.
- Who should approve work and releases.
- Any data, model, geographic, or security expectations.
What Kaidera configures first
The first setup normally covers the organisation, users, roles, initial project, FileVault expectations, model access, billing plan, support route, and review gates.
Expected result
At the end of onboarding, the customer should know where to sign in, where projects live, who can invite users, how to request the first build, and which review gates require human approval.
