Marketing OS
Marketing OS team and roles
How Marlow, Saul, Gem, narrow specialist workers, and named human approvers divide marketing responsibility without losing a clear release authority.
Derived from the Project Marlow service brief and public operating model. Customer scope, enabled channels, connected tools, approval owners, and cadence are agreed per engagement.
Accountable lead
Marlow operates as the marketing lead. The role coordinates the calendar, research, briefs, outreach preparation, approvals, publishing readiness, and reporting so the function has one accountable operating centre.
Creative direction and production
Saul protects brand voice and visual direction. Gem produces motion and multimedia within that direction. Finished creative returns through the approval path rather than publishing directly from the production role.
Narrow scheduled workers
The wider fleet performs focused jobs such as pre-ship verification, content research, engagement analysis, CRM curation, memory maintenance, and operational monitoring. Each role has a bounded purpose and an explicit handoff back to the accountable lead.
Human authority
A named human remains the release authority for public and prospect-facing work. The founder keeps product truth and direction. This separation keeps execution fast while preserving accountable decisions.
