When will pricing be announced?
We're finalising our pricing structure during the early access programme. We'll notify all registered teams first. Register now to lock in early access rates when they go live.
Can I bring my own LLM API keys?
Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans support multi-LLM provider configuration — connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, or custom model endpoints. You control the keys; Kaidera orchestrates the AI workers.
Is there a minimum contract length?
We'll offer both monthly and annual options. Enterprise plans will have custom contract terms. More details at pricing launch.
Where is my data stored?
By default, all data is stored in our EU-based infrastructure (EU data residency). Enterprise plans can request dedicated environments with regional data residency guarantees written into the contract.
What does "Steering Floor" mean?
The Steering Floor lets organisation admins set inviolable policy locks on all AI workers — for example, "never output source code without human review" or "always route financial decisions to a human reviewer". These locks cannot be overridden by users or individual workers.
