Why Aviation

Aviation moves fast.
Your software should keep up.

Kaidera is the AI transformation platform for the aviation industry. It gives the people who run aviation operations an AI worker team that builds and runs real software, under human authority, with a receipt for every action.

Born Inside The Industry

Kaidera began with a concrete aviation problem, not a product looking for a market. The founding team needed to build an ambitious airport operations product, and traditional delivery could not build it fast enough. So we built an AI worker platform to carry that work, and that platform became Kaidera.

The founding team comes from the aviation industry: EASA and FAA compliance environments where security failure means aircraft cannot fly, and where a mission critical platform earned its regulatory approval the hard way. That discipline is embedded in every layer of the product.

The airport operations product is real and it runs on Kaidera:Total Airport Management, the coordination layer for ground operations, credentialing, rostering and turnaround. One platform, proven on our own hardest workload before it is offered to anyone else.

Who We Build For

Five kinds of operation, one operating model: AI worker teams under human authority, with evidence for every material action.

Airlines

Software at network pace

Operations tooling, crew workflows, disruption response and customer operations, built when the network needs them. The worker team ships at the pace of the operation, not the pace of a hiring cycle, and every material action leaves a receipt for review.

Airports

The whole operation in view

An airport is many organisations in one place: operator, airlines, handlers, fuellers, security, air traffic control. Kaidera builds and runs the software that gives them one shared picture. Our own airport product, Total Airport Management, is built on it.

Ground handlers

Work that survives the ramp

Turnaround coordination, job cards, equipment and rostering, on mobile surfaces built for a phone in a high visibility jacket, in weather. Approvals and evidence are part of the workflow, not paperwork afterwards.

Vertiports and AAM

Operating software from day one

Advanced air mobility moves faster than legacy aviation IT. New entrants get governed operations software, compliance surfaces and a data spine from the first day of service, with an expansion path as the market matures.

Hybrid operations

One platform, many fleets

Cargo, business aviation and FBOs, maintenance operations and mixed fleets: one platform that adapts to the operation, with the same governance, memory and evidence trail across all of it.

Connectivity. Control. Visibility.

The people who run aviation operations need more than tools. They need the whole operation connected, under control, and visible end to end, across modes and across borders.

Connectivity

Systems, teams and modes of flight connected into one working picture. Integration is a first-class part of every build, with the source of each fact recorded explicitly.

Control

Human authority over every material action. Steering policies that no AI worker can override, approval gates before anything important is promoted, and a receipt showing what happened, who approved it and why.

Visibility

Evidence and operational awareness across projects, teams and modes, from a single ramp workflow to a global estate. Cortex memory keeps every decision and lesson visible to the people who run the operation.

Why Aviation Needs This Now

The scene keeps changing

New aircraft, new entrants, new obligations. European regulation already sets deadlines for airport operations planning, and advanced air mobility is adding new operation types faster than legacy IT can absorb them.

Legacy delivery cannot keep up

Hiring cycles take a year. Off-the-shelf tools end with everyone holding the same software. Consultancy programmes end with the knowledge walking out of the door. None of these paths compounds.

The AI gap is operational

Buying access to a model is the easy part. Turning AI into a repeatable way to plan, build, verify, remember and govern work is the hard part, and it is the part Kaidera was built for.

Proof, Not Promises

This website was built and deployed autonomously by Kaidera. Total Airport Management is being built on the same platform, for the most operationally demanding environment we know. When we say the worker team ships real software under governance, we are describing our own daily operations.

Keep Up With The Scene You Operate In

Tell us what your operation needs to keep up with. We will show you a worker team building it, live, with the evidence trail included.
