This package installs the Kaidera OS menu-bar operator app. It is the app channel only: it does not bundle Cortex or the Kaidera OS runtime payload.

The signed application bundle currently retains its legacy package filename during the compatibility window.

Install notes

  • Drag EnGen OS Operator.app (the current package name) to Applications.
  • Use on a Mac where Kaidera OS and Cortex are already installed.
  • Use Preflight to check install root, Python, Docker, runner, and Cortex readiness.
  • Use Run Install / Repair only to repair an existing Kaidera OS install.
